Well, that's different mate. He is not only insulting but spaming. In that case i would agree the mute him for some minutes or an hour (not days).
Now its written in english you get crearly what he is saying. Sometimes just by using translator be misunderstand what is going on, maybe that what we think is an insult its a cultural slang word they use to refear to each other. For example, some people call nigga to his friends and its not necessarily an aggresion, you get me?. Im sure in Turkey you have some words that trasnlated seem an insult, but them are not.
